Responsibilities

1. Explaining to parents or expectant mothers and fathers to locate items in a retail store.
2. Guiding the best products that will fit expectant mothers and child.
3. Assisting soon-to-be parents in choosing merchandise that fits with their needs and the expected needs of their baby.
4. Welcoming customers, greeting and introducing our product to customers according to their needs.
5. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through high-quality sales service.
6. Providing appropriate demonstration of product features.

Sales

1. Managing the point of sale process.
2. Achieving personal and store sales targets and aligning with Babyshop's objective.

You are a great fit for this role if you:

1. Enjoy helping expectant mothers and young families according to their needs.
2. Have prior work experience in retail/baby care/nursery (an added advantage).
3. Enjoy working as a team and celebrating goals together.
4. Possess good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English; other languages are an added advantage.
5. Are a good listener, willing to learn and develop skills, and great at working as a team.
