As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for serving as the welcoming face of the Executive Office and responding to queries from internal team members, external guests and industry contacts.

Your primary focus will be to utilise your organisation skills to manage the General Manager's busy schedule, coordinate VIP welcome cards/amenities and professionally respond to all guest communication and feedback on behalf of the GM and Hotel.

What will I be doing?

  1. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities, functions, and special events, providing accurate and helpful information to guests.
  2. Handles enquiries warmly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  3. Efficiently coordinates the General Manager’s calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring smooth scheduling and time management.
  4. Actively seeks and values guest feedback to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
  5. Continuously monitors and strives to improve results from guest loyalty surveys and quality assurance metrics.
  6. Manages VIP amenities and cards from the General Manager, ensuring a personalized and exceptional guest experience.
  7. Creates thoughtful and appealing gift vouchers, contributing to guest satisfaction and hotel promotions.
  8. Responds promptly to guest survey responses and correspondence via email, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  9. Takes accurate minutes during meetings and arranges for their timely distribution, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  10. Handles all information with the utmost confidentiality, maintaining trust and integrity.
  11. Prepares detailed and informative reports and presentations as required, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.

A Personal Assistant serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Pre-opening experience is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and various social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in basic translation is considered an advantage.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills in both oral and written communication.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and administrative skills.
