Job description
Manage GM's schedule, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Coordinate logistics for local and international business trips.
Correspondence & Communication:
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
Act as a liaison between the GM, employees, clients, and external partners.
Document Preparation & Filing:
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
Maintain an organized filing system for sensitive information.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
General Administrative Support:
Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Support day-to-day operations and assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferable.
At least
a Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Fluent in
Bahasa Malaysia
,
English
, and
Chinese
(both written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: Up to RM4k
