KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties and responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Manage and organize key meetings, appointments and travels.
Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments and update the calendar.
Prepare reports, presentations and materials for the meeting.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on matters as highlighted in the minutes and/or action plans.
Maintain and organize files, records and databases, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of information.
Handle confidential matters and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Support the Deputy CEO to accomplish daily tasks, monthly expenses claims and other errands when applicable.
Provide administrative support and assist with Company’s events, exhibition, etc.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required by the Deputy CEO.
Experience in ICSA or work in PLC and have knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and be keen to learn up the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements and Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (will be an added advantage).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese / Mandarin will be an advantage.
Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Affinity for figures and have a good knowledge of Office 365, particularly PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and have a high sense of responsibility.
