Job description

We are seeking a highly dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in personal and professional matters. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage the Director's schedule, handle confidential tasks, and be able to standby to address urgent needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the Director's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Assist in Director's travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in virtual event setup and other event materials during seminars and events.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the Director and marketing team.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for both personal and professional documentation.
  • Assist with ad-hoc personal and household errands when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in personal assistant or secretary.
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge in property management and investment portfolio will be an added advantage.
  • Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, excellent self-discipline.
  • Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Willing to travel and work during the weekend (if needed).
