Personal Assistant (PA) to General Manager

About the role

RCT POWER ENERGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant (PA) to support the General Manager in our Bukit Minyak, Penang office. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and assisting the General Manager with a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties.

What you'll be doing

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, able to assist General Manager with daily translation tasks.
  • Assist the General Manager in completing daily documentation and administrative tasks, including: basic writing, drafting, and translation of documents, organizing meetings, writing meeting minutes, following up on sales, preparing schedule, and work reminders.
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint to create work report presentations.
  • After adaptation, familiar with the company's daily management to a certain extent, able to assist the General Manager in collecting business performance data from various departments on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, and generating corresponding reports.
  • Assist the General Manager in receiving VIP guests and maintaining good internal, external and also with government authority relationships. Assist in arranging the General Manager’s business trips, meetings, and other activities.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
  • Strong adaptability, stress resistance, and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to the company culture.
  • Possess a certain level of responsiveness.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure.
