POSITION SUMMARY:
The Personal Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, well verse in time management, manage schedule and precisely particular person.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO. Prioritize inquires and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; able to make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
2. Complete a broad variety of tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and preparing information for meetings with staff and external parties; composing and preparing correspondence; and making travel arrangements.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy.
4. Follow up task from every department in order to make smooth process day-to-day operation.
5. Undertake special assignments/projects as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
6. Perform occasional personal tasks for CEO as necessary and reasonable.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
2. MBA is an added advantage.
3. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ideally 1 years and plus of experience in supporting Senior Executives or CEO.
5. Excellent problem-solving capabilities with timely resolution demonstrating an awareness of knowing when to elevate concerns or issues.
6. Exceptional organization skills and impeccable attention to details.
7. Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
8. High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
9. Must willing to travel (Domestic and Internationally).
10. Willingness to be available outside of core office hours when required.
