Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Chief of Operation and Managing Director. Maintain accurate calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important deliverables. Draft presentations, reports, communications, and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, ensuring seamless logistics. Welcome and assist guests with a high level of professionalism and courtesy, including handling inbound telephone calls with a polite and helpful demeanor. Perform routine office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Manage the COO and GM's filing system, ensuring proper organization and easy retrieval of documents while maintaining strict confidentiality. Assist in preparing accurate and timely meeting minutes. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
Highly organized work style with excellent interpersonal skills. An energetic personality with a can-do attitude. Extraordinary ability to multitask and organizational planning skills. Highly accountable with excellent professional work ethics and high-level integrity. Preferred a self-initiative and adaptable personality.
