Personal Assistant (Immediate - March 2025)
Location: Saudagaar Asia Sdn Bhd, Kota Damansara, Selangor

Job Purpose:
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while managing confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Administration:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and calls, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-ups on key action points.
Operational & Project Management:
- Assist in coordinating company-wide initiatives and projects on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research and provide insights on business strategies and industry trends.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Support event planning, business functions, and external engagements.
Confidentiality & Discretion:
- Handle sensitive company and personal information with absolute confidentiality.
- Manage high-level communications and stakeholder interactions professionally.
- Communicate with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate or high-level executive support role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with business operations, finance, or marketing functions.
