About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join the dynamic team at Sunrich Leisure SDN BHD. Based on Penang Island, Penang, this full-time role will provide vital support to senior management, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the calendar and scheduling of key executives
• Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
• Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials
• Handling correspondence, including drafting emails and letters
• Providing administrative support across various projects and tasks
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and new product/service offerings
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS Office suite and other productivity software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of the Hospitality & Tourism industry would be advantageous
• Proficient in Spoken and Written in Mandarin, English & Malay
