Responsibilities:
- Preferably with qualification in Bachelors of Laws
- Work closely with and assist the Executive Director to coordinate meetings, events, business development, personal, and operational matters, and handle internal and external communications.
- Conduct research for external events/functions that the Executive Director will be attending or has been invited to.
- Attend meetings and ensure that the Executive Director is well-prepared for meetings by preparing documents and drafting high-quality briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Amend and take minutes at internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate closely with relevant departments, units, and managers to ensure that the Executive Director’s instructions and requirements are met.
- Perform administrative, secretarial, and filing tasks while maintaining confidentiality and security of information.
- Safeguard the legal rights and interests of the Group of Companies and provide legal advice to the Executive Director according to the best legal practices.
- Draft and/or review contracts, agreements, legal documents, letters, public statements, publication material, and handle litigation matters.
- Work closely with various departments pertaining to legal, tender, and commercial matters.
- Perform legal research and liaise with various agencies and/or authorities as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Min 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
