Job Description

Provide support and coordination to ensure seamless execution of strategic tasks through orchestration with both external stakeholders and internal teams, while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and quality of service/products that are reflective of the leadership of the highest standards.

  1. Assist and support to plan and orchestrate the strategic projects that originate from the executive office, while ensuring optimum quality, timeliness, and confidentiality are sustained.
  2. Coordinate and drive teams within the organisation to ensure timely reporting and interventions are taken to mitigate challenges that arise from the portfolio and purview of the stakeholders.
  3. Provide documentation support and tactfully articulate the messages that transpire during the strategic meetings and monitor the dissemination and completion of the action items from various parties.
  4. Plan and drive the completion of tasks from various stakeholders (internal/external) through monitoring of progress made on the task items that have been assigned.
  5. Prepare strategic presentations/communications to the various stakeholders to ensure impactful messages are communicated, buy-in is obtained, and effectively engage the targeted audiences.
  6. Support the executive leadership with compliance to related administrative internal processes for the organisation units that are involved.
  7. Develop organisational awareness and familiarise with business operations, in order to brainstorm and actively contribute towards businesses managed by the executive leadership.
  8. Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. 7 - 8 years of working experience in the relevant field.
