Job Responsibility

  • Schedule, coordinate, document meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared in advance.
  • Streamline daily operations and manage records.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the employer in a professional tone.
  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date calendar for the employer.
  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling events efficiently.
  • Manage task lists and provide regular updates.
  • Conduct detailed research on various topics.
  • Track, categorize, and reconcile expenses.
  • Maintain accurate data in databases.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion and professionalism in personal matters.

Job Requirements

  • Positive working attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required Skill: Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Preferable speak and written in English & Mandarin.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong & Skilled in recording and time management.
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule as needed.
