Responsible for managing the Top Management’s day-to-day administrative and operational matters.
Making interview appointments, coordinating business schedules, and taking minutes of meetings.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Handling personal and private/confidential matters for the Top Management and/or immediate family members of the TMs as instructed.
Maintain the confidentiality of the company's information.
Willing to take on more job responsibilities when needed arises.
Organizing and managing business/meeting schedules, sending reminders, assessing priority of appointments, and relocation as necessary.
Answering phones politely and professionally, and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
Organizing travel itineraries, including visa (if required).
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
Handling a wide range of confidential information or documents.
Excellent skills in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct English and Mandarin copy.
Must be able to work independently with low supervision.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
