• Assist Managing Director on website and social media arrangement including FIND, IIEM, SUA, ED MUN academy etc.
• Assist the Managing Director in the undertaking business and operation interest.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
• Assist the establishment of FIND design association and Hub.
• Assist Managing Director on operating Ed Mun Academy including admin works.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Follow up on web inquiries, pre-qualify leads & develop to the point of hand off for sales.
• Follow up with prospects who have responded to our marketing activities (events, webcasts, ads, collateral on our website).
• Responsible for identifying, researching & developing future business development opportunities.
• Handle customer requests.
• Arrange complex travel (including flight booking, hotel accommodation, and tours).
• Assist Managing Director in coordinating with other departments, clients, and any inquiries to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation including contracts or agreements.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties specified by the department.
• Maintain a positive working attitude and be prepared to work overtime to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Assist in Charity Body works, e.g., NOBC (nor Thinking our beloved community).
• Manage communications, organize schedules and appointments, and answer & take messages.
• Deal with correspondence, write letters, manage daily incoming emails, calls, and posting of outgoing emails.
• Ensure all work is saved in the company’s server and follows SUA ISO procedures.
• Consistently ready to undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, or duties assigned by the Managing Director.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' working experience preferred in the interior design business industry.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to withstand pressure and work independently.
• Strong team player with a history of working across organizations.
• Proficient in photo and video recording.
• Pleasant personality with good integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong in communication and relationship-management skills.
