Performance Marketing Executive (Remote, Based in KL)

Boxgreen is looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to elevate our paid digital marketing campaigns. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, directly impacting our growth and success.

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Spearhead paid search and social campaigns across cutting-edge platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Implement data-driven optimizations for bid management, budget allocation, and performance enhancement

• Develop and execute strategic testing plans to continually improve campaign performance

Analytics & Reporting

• Conduct in-depth performance analysis and deliver actionable insights

• Create comprehensive reports that tell the story behind the numbers

• Identify trends and opportunities to drive growth and efficiency

Strategic Planning & Innovation

• Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and roadmaps

• Propose and lead innovative experiments and promotional campaigns

• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies and tactics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand campaign assets

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords (SEM, Display) or Facebook/Social Media campaigns.

• Working knowledge of SQL, Google/Omniture Analytics, and other web analytics tools.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
