Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to drive HR initiatives and support business growth across Malaysia.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's growth objectives. You will work closely with business leaders to drive employee engagement, implement HR policies, and provide advisory support across the employee lifecycle. The role also involves managing onboarding, performance management, and guiding leaders on HR best practices. You will support M&A projects, collaborate with global teams on HR harmonization, and take ownership of key business improvement initiatives.
Requirements
You are a degree-qualified HR professional with over 8 years of experience in HR business partnering, employee engagement, and talent management. You have strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to influence and coach leaders. Expertise in HR policy implementation and transformation projects is essential, while experience working in a regional or global HR setup will be highly advantageous.
