About the role
As a People Associate, you will play a key supporting role in our People team. This role is ideal for a talent who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to various HR functions and initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering a great employee experience.
Your key responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the candidate database
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for employees joining and leaving the organisation by supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- HR Operations: Assist in day-to-day HR operational tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining HR-related documents
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organising and coordinating employee engagement activities such as monthly activities, trainings, team-building, and other employee engagement initiatives
- Employee Support: Serve as a friendly and reliable support for employees, addressing their questions or concerns with clear and timely communication
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing HR operations and driving efficiency in HR workflows
The ideal candidate
- Holds a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR, and a desire to learn and grow within the field
- Comfortable interacting and engaging with people at all levels within the organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, proactive, a team player and a people person
