PEO HR Consultant (Night Shift)

Due to our business expansion, we're now hiring a PEO HR Consultant (Night Shift) to support our projects in US time zone.

What is PEO?

Professional Employment Organization (PEO) is a form of outsourcing that hires employees on your behalf through our local companies in a global market. As the Employer of Record (EoR), we handle all the administrative work such as payroll and recruitment, and your employee can start work in a matter of as short as 48 hours all while complying with rules and regulations in accordance to local legislation.

We provide PEO services for the global market, specifically China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the United States.

Office Location:

Work Type: Hybrid (Office + Work From Home)

Working Hours: 5PM - 2AM

Reporting Line: Regional Director of PEO & Services

What we provide:

EPF, SOCSO, and EIS, Medical, Mondays to Fridays, Casual (e.g. T-shirts)

Job Scope:

• Work directly with all Rippling PEO brokers, benefits carriers, and other key PEO partners to best serve our shared members.
• Develop, document and maintain PEO Benefits procedures and cross-functional workflows in conjunction with our product and customer-facing teams.
• Use data to drive fact-based decision making to optimize our PEO benefits offering and plan performance.
• Project manage the annual renewal process, working cross-functionally with the Benefit Advisor, Sales, CSM, Support, Implementation, and Account Operations teams.
• Autonomously execute special projects related to PEO benefits and managing our book of PEO customers.
• Serve as a Rippling PEO benefits expert to support internal and external teams.
