Payroll & Performance Data Accountant HR

Are you an accountant who enjoys working with people-related data? We’re looking for someone with a strong accounting background to take charge of salary calculations, commission tracking, and performance-based rewards — all while bringing tech-savvy solutions to streamline the HR data processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Calculate monthly salary, OT, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
2. Prepare and review commission and incentive payout calculations based on team performance data.
3. Maintain and manage HR-related accounting records including staff costs, leaves, and claims.
4. Analyze employee performance data to support management decisions on rewards and bonuses.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
6. Utilize HR/accounting software and help improve existing payroll and performance tracking systems.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Experience in payroll and commission calculation from an accounting point of view.
3. Able to work with Excel and familiar with HR software or digital tools.
4. High attention to detail, organized, and discreet with sensitive data.
5. Proactive in solving problems and improving workflows.
6. Know read and write Chinese language will be added advantage.
