Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of Payroll Administration
• Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related activities
• Ensure statutory (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO and EIS) compliance
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory regulations
• Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records

What we are looking for:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll software Securisoft or UBS will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, high team spirit and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
• Able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
