Salary and welfare expense budget and related data analysis;
Responsible for the salary survey and formulate corresponding salary plans;
Other work matters assigned by the superior leaders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, finance or related skills, fluent in English and Chinese;
More than 5-10 years experience in salary and welfare, with large industry experience is preferred;
Have practical experience in employee compensation management, familiar with policies and regulations related to national labor income tax, social insurance and housing fund;
Familiar with the attendance check operation, and understand the relevant requirements of CSR customer audit;
Good digital sensitivity, good at data analysis, skilled operation of related office software, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
