Payroll Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum payroll for payroll shared services partners and ensure salary is credited on time.
• Ensure adequate payroll fund is transferred for payroll processing for payroll shared services partners on a monthly basis.
• Plan monthly payroll schedule for payroll shared services partners, which includes salary advance for major festival seasons.
• Process EA form for payroll shared services partners on an annual basis.
• Conduct periodic reporting as required by Management.
• Liaise for inquiries from auditors pertaining to payroll compliance for payroll shared services partners.
• Assist in establishing an efficient payroll shared services centre by reviewing and improving existing payroll processes & policies from time to time.
• Address day-to-day payroll issues.
• Prepare Annual Director Remuneration for all entities within Pantai Group of Companies.
• Keep abreast of current and latest changes to laws that affect payroll and statutory requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or delegated by the Superior or any other person as directed from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Open to fresh graduates.
