Manage daily and weekly payout activities for Shopee buyers and sellers by consolidating requests from internal teams and ensuring due diligence is completed prior to processing.
Oversee scheduled payouts to internal Shopee entities by consolidating approved requests from stakeholders and ensuring compliance with due diligence standards.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for e-commerce payment processing, providing innovative and effective solutions for payment-related issues.
Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to resolve issues, identify trends, and optimize payment and refund processes.
Lead or contribute to regional and local initiatives focused on improving payment system processes.
Monitor, analyze, and report key metrics to guide decisions and support the development of new payment initiatives.
Provide rotational support during campaign days to ensure uninterrupted payment channel operations.
Ensure adherence to payment industry regulations, data security standards, and company policies.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by the business.
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in a technology-driven organization.
Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with SQL and Power Query is an advantage.
Prior experience in payments is essential.
Background in fintech, banking, or finance is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English preferred).
