Job Description for Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
To attend to customers' enquiries (walk-in or via telephone) and provide the required information in a timely manner.
To adhere to customer service standards, including maintaining a professional demeanor, greeting customers with a smile and making eye contact.
To conduct regular rounds within the hospital, ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy and meet quality standards.
To identify and resolve issues faced by patients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
To prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless operation of the department.
To track and analyze customer service metrics, providing valuable insights for management to make informed decisions.
To undertake additional duties as assigned by management, supporting the team's goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree in Nursing, Hospitality Services, or any related medical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a hospital setting, preferably interacting directly with patients/customers.
Able to work six days a week.
Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin language proficiency an asset.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally.
