• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM4,000 - RM6,000 per month

Pastry Chef

Salary Range: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of professional chefs to prepare daily meals
• Inventory control system
• Ability to work as a responsible individual
• General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)
• Maintain great physical condition
• Ability and willingness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques
• Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to handle pressure well
• Maintain great customer feedback
• Taste the food
• Work quickly and under time constraints

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Certificates/Vocational/Diploma
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in either hotels or restaurants
• Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes and other desserts
• Positive and inviting attitude – you will need to engage and have conversations with customers
• Can work flexible working hours
• Enjoy working around children and adults
• Passionate about food
• Self-motivated and can work with the team
• Must have valid typhoid, food handlers certificate and vaccination certificate (2 dose + booster)
