Job Summary
This role leads a team of Partner Sales Managers to drive sales performance, ensuring compliance with corporate values and policies. The focus is on expanding the Corporate and SME market through Enterprise Business Partner channels, meeting sales targets, and growing partnerships in assigned territory. The goal is to increase the corporate subscriber base by promoting the company's products and services to both existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery on the sales target set by management; includes monthly target, EB partner recruitment, sales campaign, etc.
- Conduct a minimum of 5-8 partner visits per week, either joint calls with Partner Sales Manager. Ensure sales activities are executed as planned, with partner sales productivity tracked and achieved.
- Provide timely updates to superiors regarding sales progress and activities status, besides submitting weekly sales forecasts and reports on time.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor movements.
- Recruit and train new EB partners in assigned territory.
- Ensure good knowledge of product and sales process, particularly compliance policy is clearly delivered & communicated to EB partners and adhered to business policy and code of conduct.
- Craft Monthly or Quarterly sales action plans with potential SME market segment identification for sales acquisition and initiate business penetration programs.
- Build team spirit as a people manager, ensuring company policy and compliance rules are adhered to by team members, and develop/coaching business skillsets for the job.
- Assist with sales administration tasks or projects as directed from superiors.
About You:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a commercial-related subject.
- 8-10 years working experience with exposure in the Telecommunications industry, preferably in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
- Proven leadership abilities with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing teams, driving results, and mitigating business risks.
- A doer, strategic thinker, with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in sales presentations.
- Collaborative team player who aligns with the overall business objectives and drives team success.
