About the team
The Business and Partner Management team at Trust & Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of Content Review's extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing onboarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe. As a Partner Operations Manager, you will manage site-level vendor relationships, monitor delivery, and drive vendor performance through the implementation of projects and improvement initiatives within assigned partner sites. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/in response to escalation requests/by chance. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to everyday life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others; and harm to animals.

Responsibilities

1. You will ensure the program/project is successful through strong service delivery of core OKR/goals (latency, quality, wellness).
2. You will hold the partner site accountable to and help set a clear path towards operational excellence.
3. You will ensure adherence to budget and accurate financial accounting of vendor partner production, training, and other expenses.
4. You will own the partner relationship for outsourcing performance, including monitoring delivery and vendor's performance management. This includes identifying operational and performance risk and mitigations proactively within the assigned sites and/or lines of businesses.
5. You will crisply articulate site performance and any remediation plans to an executive level.
6. You are able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively, and efficiently prioritize and meet deadlines.
7. You demonstrate operational excellence experience and focus on continuous improvement by re-engineering site level processes as needed (e.g., workflow management, floor management, workload prioritization).
8. You can manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
9. The ability to travel (50-70% on the higher side) is required for this role.

Minimum Qualifications

1. You have experience managing outsourced partner relationships along with people management experience.
2. You come with operations management, program management, and/or large scale transformation project experience.
3. You have strong oral and written communications and influencing skills, and are able to navigate a global organization, influence stakeholders and affect outcomes. You have the ability to gain trust and influence with limited direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

1. You come with experience in large scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple domains and business units.
2. You have the ability to think outside the box, multitask, and work well under pressure, to identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders.
