About the role

Banzen Motors Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Associate to join our team in Melaka. This part-time position will allow you to contribute to the success of our retail operations while enjoying a flexible schedule to suit your needs.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and checkout processes
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store operations and the customer experience

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
• Enthusiasm for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but not essential
