Position Purpose:

Reporting to the Retail/Sales Operations Executive, this role focuses on representing a lifestyle brand by delivering exceptional sales performance and customer service, fostering lasting customer relationships and creating a welcoming retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer requests and enquiries on lifestyle products, such as women's handbags, wallets, and headscarves.
• Recommend products to customers according to their individual preferences through knowledge sharing.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to build customer loyalty.
• Perform basic housekeeping of the work area.
• Assist in retail operations, e.g., stock take.
• May be required to be involved in new product launches & related events.

• Relevant retail experience in lifestyle, fashion, or beauty products.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Willingness to commit to retail operational hours.
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Available to work from 4 March 2025 to 13 March 2025 (Mitsui Outlet, Sepang) or 18 March 2025 to 23 March 2025 (1 Utama).
