Part Time HR and Account Assistant (Pilates Studio)

  • Support basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll, ensuring accurate payments and deductions for studio staff.
  • Maintain transaction records, and handle any payment-related inquiries.
  • Preparing Profit and Loss weekly for management review.
  • Prepared month end closing activities.
  • Processed and prepared invoices and collections.
  • Performed payment and claims.
