Part Time HR and Account Assistant (Pilates Studio)
Support basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.
Assist in the preparation of payroll, ensuring accurate payments and deductions for studio staff.
Maintain transaction records, and handle any payment-related inquiries.
Preparing Profit and Loss weekly for management review.
Prepared month end closing activities.
Processed and prepared invoices and collections.
Performed payment and claims.
