Role Overview:

The Merchant Acquisition Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for merchants, overseeing the entire lifecycle from acquisition to ongoing support and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and target potential merchants that align with Grab's value proposition.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce Grab and its benefits.
• Onboard merchants to Grab.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand all features and functionalities of Grab.
• Provide hands-on training on how to navigate the Grab app, manage their accounts, and participate in promotions or campaigns.
• Address any initial technical or operational challenges merchants face.
• Act as a proactive consultant to merchants, encouraging them to participate in campaigns and promotional opportunities.
