Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. To be the liaison person for garnishing proceedings related works between the external law firms and internal stakeholders (in different countries including but not limited to China).
2. To oversee, co-ordinate and project manage the whole process, follow ups on matters to meet relevant deadlines, and compile data and present reports to management.
3. Reporting to legal counsel based in Singapore.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

1. Exposure to garnishing proceedings but not a must.
2. Experience in litigation works is an added advantage.
3. Tech savvy, meticulous, articulate, strong communication skills (in both English and Mandarin), organized and comfortable in working with MS Excel.
4. Bachelor LLB is preferred but not a must.
