In this role, you will work closely with our migration agents and lawyers in Australia to deliver exceptional immigration and education solutions to our global clientele. Key Responsibilities:

• Paralegal Support: Prepare, review, and submit accurate visa applications to responsible migration agent/lawyer before communicating with client for formal lodgement, focusing on compliance with Australian immigration laws and regulations.
• Document Management: Ensure the timely and precise submission of required documents, maintaining accurate case records in our system.
• Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely updates on their cases.
• Policy Expertise: Stay informed on the latest immigration and education policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with migration agents, educational institutions, and government agencies to ensure the successful progression of cases.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to serve a diverse clientele.
• Prior experience: in immigration, paralegal work, education consulting, conveyancing, or practice in other areas of law is highly preferred.
• International study experience: is preferable, with Australian study or work experience being highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using advanced systems, tools, and AI-powered solutions to streamline processes and enhance client services.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
