Paralegal Executive - Fluent in English and Chinese

Job Responsibilities
- Contract Review and Analysis:
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing contracts in English and Mandarin to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of contract documentation and data.
- Documentation Management:
- Maintain a systematic record-keeping system for contract documentation.
- Organize and manage legal documents and records in an efficient and accessible manner.
- Corporate Governance:
- Support activities related to corporate governance, including maintaining records of meetings, resolutions, and compliance with governance policies.
- Assist in drafting corporate governance documents and reports.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate with internal teams to obtain necessary contract information.
- Collaborate with business units to address and rectify any contract-related issues.
- Research and Support:
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal documents and reports.
- Participate in and contribute to global projects handled by the Commercial Legal Team.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, managing correspondence, and coordinating expense-related applications.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Laws and/or possess relevant working experience in reputable law firms and/or in multinational corporations;
- You are a candidate who meets the qualities that we are looking out for above;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
