Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team at NG, HO & PARTNERS in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. As a Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a wide range of legal practice areas, including corporate, commercial, and litigation, while working alongside experienced lawyers and partners.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the preparation of legal documents i.e. legal contracts, business agreements etc.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the firm's clients
• Attend client meetings to observe and learn from experienced lawyers
• Participate in the development of legal strategies and solutions for client matters
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of legal services

What we're looking for

• A law degree from a recognised university (LLB)
• Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• A keen interest in developing a career in the legal field
• Familiarity with common legal software and technologies
• Proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
