Job Summary:

As a lead engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology stack, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Hands-on experience with mobile and web technologies and thrive in a collaborative environment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Architectural Design and Performance Optimization:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve our full-stack architecture.
• Implement features that enhance user experience and drive excitement.
• Apply functional and object-oriented programming techniques to build reusable services.
• Problem Solving and System Solutions:
• Tackle complex technical challenges and identify innovative ways to build extensible technology platforms.
• Evaluate custom development versus existing alternatives to recommend optimal system solutions.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities to ensure successful application development across multiple environments.
• Deployment and Quality Assurance:
• Push code to production within weeks of completion and thorough QA testing.
• Ensure successful deployment of high-quality web applications.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across various operating platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or related fields.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Flutter (Dart language)
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Backbone).
• Experience with CSS, MySQL, Python, Java, HTML, and Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with LA/NMP stack (nginx or Apache).
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform GCP, Apigee, AKS
• Comfortable with A/B testing, test automation, and engineering best practices.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Production deployment experience.
• Exposure to RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Additional Notes:

Candidate who possesses the Flutter (Dart Language) and GCP skills will be advantaged.
