Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality is right before production.
• Ensure no oil spillage or contamination during transferring.
• Ensure process parameters are within the set range.
• Ensure product samples are correct and labelled before sending to lab.
• Send samples of final product for lab to check before actual drumming.
• Ensure all plant machinery is in good operating condition.
• Ensure cleanliness at drumming, plant and storage tank area.
• Ensure CCPs and CCP room are clean and in good condition.
• Support line leader at packing plant if any problem occurs.
• Follow planning schedule and carry out pre-preparation before drumming starts.
• Monitor drumming feed tank conditions in order to avoid contamination.
• Ensure finished products are properly weighed, cleaned, and labelled before sending to WIP area.
• Ensure all weigh checkers are in good order.
• Ensure GMP is practiced during operations.
• Perform any other task assigned by superior.
• Implement ISO9001, GMP & HACCP, ISO14001 & ISO45001 at the workplace.
• Compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act 1974, Factory & Machinery Act 1967 and Responsible Care.
• Comply with all quality standards and requirements imposed by the Company and product specifications required by local and international clients.

Job Success Requirements:

• Preferably working in oleochemical industry.
• Diligent and team player.
• Able to work in shifts and long hours. (3 shifts)
• Have safety knowledge.
