PA to CEO cum Biz Development Manager

1. Acting as the first point of contact for the Chief Executive Officer, Manufacturing Division with internal/external clients.

2. Responsible for managing Chief Executive Officer, Manufacturing Division office to ensure smooth running of daily operations (plant & office).

3. Manage communications, organize schedules, compiling operational reports and ensure the Chief Executive Officer, Manufacturing Division’s day-to-day operations are seamless.

4. Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and creates new opportunities to expand business.

5. Contacting potential clients and business partners to establish a business relationship and organize meetings with them.

6. Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, gather relevant data, and provide insightful reports and recommendations to support the Chief Executive Officer, Manufacturing Division's decision-making process.

7. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world. Develop new sales and business potential through various methods.

8. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

9. Support external / internal projects, tracking and updating reports periodically (i.e. annual budget, quarterly meetings etc.).

10. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed. Proofread documents, including emails, reports, presentations, marketing materials, and other written content, ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established guidelines.

11. Handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, arranging complex travel (including flight booking, hotel accommodation, tour) and maintaining efficient documentation and filing.

12. Consistently ready to undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions or duties and related duties assigned by Chief Executive Officer, Manufacturing Division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master with major in Business, Finance, Marketing or any relevant field.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.

• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin (to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients) in addition to Malay language. Possess the ability to articulate, clear and concise in both spoken and written communication.

• Ability to read, write and draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Proficient and skilled in technology applications and digital tools (IT and social media savvy).

• Sharp mind focusing on costs and sharp in mathematics and numbers.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.

• Extraordinary ability to multitask, organizational and project management skills and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong interest in business development and good understanding and knowledge of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive

• Results-oriented, keen on learning, proactive, and constantly challenging mindset.

• Highly accountable with excellent professional work ethics & high-level integrity.

• High energy level and able to work long hours as and when required.

• A mature personality who are well-versed in arranging, willing and ready to travel (local and overseas) with Chief Executive Officer, Manufacturing Division as when required with good understanding and experiences of local and international travels.
