As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail outlet in Terengganu. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, managing a team of retail associates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of retail associates, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
2. Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays to optimise sales and customer satisfaction.
3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Ensure the store environment is clean, well-organised, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
5. Assist with the training and development of retail associates to improve their skills and performance.
6. Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement strategies to drive sales and improve the overall customer experience.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience and above.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficient in inventory management and data analysis.
5. Adaptable to changes in the retail environment and able to quickly implement new processes and procedures.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
