Oversee the daily operation, ensure the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
Responsible for recruitment, training, and staff allocations.
Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage all outlet staff.
Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.
Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and service recovery.
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or in any related field of studies that relates to the F&B sector.
Min 2-3 years of working experience as Outlet Manager in the retail F&B industry.
Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute sales campaigns with attention to detail.
Resourceful, self-motivated & great leadership skills.
