The Outlet Promotions & Merchandising Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking in-store promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth, increase the number of transactions, and enhance product visibility at Constant Pharmacy outlets. This role collaborates closely with the Buyer, Chief Pharmacist, GM Retail Operations, Outlet Managers, and Marketing Team to ensure successful execution and alignment with business goals.

1. In-Store Promotions & Sales Growth
Objective: Increase in-store sales and number of transactions through well-executed promotional campaigns.
- Drive in-store sales growth by XX% during promotional periods.
- Plan and execute at least XX major in-store promotional campaigns per quarter, aligned with sales targets and key retail seasons.
- Increase the number of transactions by executing XX promotions during major festive periods (e.g., Chinese New Year, Ramadan, Deepavali).
- Collaborate with the Buyer to ensure high-demand products are selected for promotions and supplier deals are negotiated effectively.
- Ensure XX% compliance with pharmacy regulations for health-related promotions by working closely with the Chief Pharmacist.
- Work with Outlet Managers to guarantee promotion execution consistency across all stores.
Objective: Improve customer engagement and product visibility through effective in-store merchandising.
- Develop and implement visually engaging promotional displays that enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
- Ensure XX% of promotional displays are set up one day before launch to maintain execution efficiency.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration
Objective: Ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns through strategic collaboration.
- Conduct bi-weekly cross-functional meetings with the Buyer, Chief Pharmacist, GM Retail Operations, Outlet Managers, and Marketing to review promotion plans, execution, and results.
- Ensure XX% compliance with health and pharmacy regulations by working closely with the Chief Pharmacist.
- Coordinate with GM, Retail Operations to integrate promotions into overall retail strategies and business objectives.
