OUTLET MANAGER (CHERAS)

Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage daily outlet operations to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
2. Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure excellent service delivery in line with hotel standards.
3. Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely stock replenishment and cost control.
4. Ensure the outlet adheres to all health, safety, and hotel standards.
5. Monitor financial performance, manage the outlet’s budget, and achieve sales targets.
6. Address guest feedback and complaints promptly to enhance guest experiences.
7. Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
8. Prepare regular reports on outlet performance, sales, and staff progress.

Requirements:

1. Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in an outlet management role within the hotel industry.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
4. Ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
5. Customer-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, POS systems) and Microsoft Office.

Additional Skills:

1. Experience managing restaurant or café outlets within a hotel environment.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
