Outlet Manager

Total Solution Food Supply Sdn Bhd – Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Responsibilities:

• Manage hindsight and market preparation process.
• Train, develop and mentor planner direct report ensuring that the planner essential functions and deliverables are being met on a timely basis.
• Lead effective team development and identify succession planning across the organization.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and develop strategic initiatives.
• Operate checkout counter and cash register.
• Partner with various resources to ensure product selection meets supply/demand.
• Inspect and assess the overall condition of the outlet's area and the associates' personal appearance.
• Attend Food & Beverages meetings, highlighting and giving briefings on the operation.
• Maintain work attendance records for payroll purposes.
