Lead and motivate sales team to achieve store and personal targets.
Encourage team to engage customers on regular basis to provide excellent service to maximize product sales.
Oversee full spectrum of outlet operation - manpower management, arrangement of monthly work schedule, organize workflow, ensure staffs understand their job responsibilities and duties.
Responsible to deal with all issues that arise from retail operations - take appropriate remedy actions, report unresolved matters to Operation & Retail Manager/respective departments when necessary.
Manage and control inventory level and stock forecast accuracy across all channels.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards - ensure high standard of store environment (safe and clean) to protect the safety of customers and staffs.
To ensure cash receipt tally with daily sales report.
To bank in cash receipt on timely basis.
To send the sales report to Operation & Retail Manager.

Prefer Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business management, sales and marketing or related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Industry.
Possess high level of commitment and able to demonstrate initiative and integrity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and team management skills.
Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external parties.
Analytical, meticulous and have sharp business acumen.
Applicants must be willing to travel and work on weekends.
