About the role

Goldfinch Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our thriving restaurant in Kedah. As an integral member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team coordination, and the financial performance of the outlet. What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of the outlet's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the head office team to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to optimise the outlet's financial performance.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar outlet management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Thorough understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality sector.
