OUTLET MANAGER

About the role

Banafee Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead our operations in Johor Bahru, Johor. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and driving financial performance.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the outlet's operations, including staffing, inventory control, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, resolving customer complaints, and implementing customer-focused initiatives
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of hospitality professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, optimise costs, and improve overall profitability of the outlet
• Collaborate with the corporate team to implement company policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure the outlet's compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing an outlet or hotel, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and profitability
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and corporate stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, develop budgets, and implement cost-saving measures
• Adaptable and versatile, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with hospitality management software
