Outdoor Sales & Marketing/Sales Consultant/Sales Technican/Agronomist

Job Responsibility

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Meet sales quotas, commission goals, and company goals.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Work closely with the Sales Team and report to the General Manager/Managing Director.
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the General Manager/Managing Director.
• Job responsibilities may change from time to time according to organizational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM Certificate.
• Good Sales & Marketing skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good internal motivation.
• Good communication skills.
• Good adaptability.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge.
