Client Information:
We are representing a logistics company that specialises in shipping and logistics solutions. Their services include sea and air freight, customs brokerage, and forwarding, land haulage, warehousing and marine insurance.
Job Description:
Provide support to existing customers.
Identify and explore new potential customers.
Conduct market research and gather relevant intelligence.
Prepare sales reports and compile sales data within the system.
Source vendors and negotiate pricing.
Address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Job Requirements:
Positive working attitude.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
High sense of responsibility.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
Monthly fixed allowance of up to RM1,000.
Basic salary plus sales commission.
Annual medical and vision check-ups.
Yearly company trip, salary increment, and bonus.
