About the Job
The OT Cybersecurity Team Leader reports directly to the Head of Information Security to Business Projects. He or she is accountable for the quality of OT cybersecurity services to industrial projects globally. These services are delivered as an engineering and commissioning discipline.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Accountable for delivering OT cybersecurity services to Technip Energies’ business projects as per contract requirements.
- Accountable for ensuring the OT cybersecurity services are delivered in accordance to project schedule and in synchronization with engineering disciplines, procurement and construction/commissioning activities.
- Manages a growing team of OT Cybersecurity Engineers assigned to different projects.
- Participates in the recruitment of staff for the OT Cybersecurity team or to the sourcing of agency personnel for spot missions.
- Contributes to the Proposals (commercial offers) for the OT Cybersecurity inputs.
- Responsible for providing technical expertise in OT Cybersecurity.
- Coordinates with the other functions of the Cybersecurity Department to foster collaborative success.
- Supports the Cyber Risk Management team in identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans.
- Contributes to the implementation and development of Technip Energies’ policies and procedures.
- Organizes awareness sessions about OT Cybersecurity.
- Manages cyber incidents in the OT perimeter.
- Coordinates cyber assessments like penetration tests by specialized third parties.
- Participates as advisor for vulnerabilities remediation in OT systems.
- Provides reporting data to the Head of Information Security to Business Projects.

About You
Certification: ISA/IEC 62443 (all roles accepted).
• At least 5 years of experience as a team leader.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity applied to industrial environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in the engineering aspects of industrial projects.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus.
• Experience in commercial offers preparation, technical specification writing and reporting is a plus.
Technical skills
- Understanding of Information and Operational Technology (IT / OT).
- Understanding of cybersecurity standards, practices and technologies in industrial environments.
- Knowledge and practice of project management methodologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with EPCC project execution lifecycle.
